Masters Bodybuilding Athlete Results & Competition Stories

Real competitors. Individual journeys. Masters bodybuilding coaching built around each athlete.

Women over 40 can compete with ambition and intention. At RoxStar Fitness, IFBB Pro and 2014 Olympia competitor Roxie Beckles has coached women through physique development, natural contest preparation, and competition seasons across different stages of life. This collection brings together previously published athlete stories, placements, and progress reports. Meet the coach behind these results: IFBB Pro Roxie Beckles, including her Olympia history and professional background.

These are individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed outcomes. Competition categories, judging criteria, and eligibility differ by federation and event. RoxStar coaches Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women’s Physique, and Fit Model; the particular stories below reflect the divisions and results we have documented publicly.

What This Experience Means for Your Own Prep

The first decision is not which show to enter. It’s whether your current physique, training habits, recovery, and timeline support the division you have chosen. Some women are ready for a full prep; others benefit from a development phase before pursuing stage conditioning.
