After our call, you’ll be sent a confidential recording of our conversation. This is to allow you to be able to go over what we talked about in your own time, and to use it as motivation to keep you inspired in real time as you move forward.
Within 24 hours of our call, you’ll receive your personalized step-by-step game plan to get you started on your new focus towards your goals.
We’ll come up with some personalized solutions and next moves that will encompass your fitness on 4 levels:
- Physical Fitness (through diet and training)
- Mental Fitness (through journaling and personal self-reflection)
- Emotional Fitness (through getting you to the avenues for deeper introspection)
- Spiritual Fitness (through implementing daily practice meditation and prayer – if you are spiritual)
With my sessions, I also assign personal development work for you to do after your phone call.

Our coaching session is the FIRST STEP towards that.
It’s the first step to us investing in YOUR journey, and into your goals.
Before you get on the phone with me, you’ll tell me all about yourself and exactly what’s that thing compelling you to get onto a call. To seek my guidance, advice, and help.
I’ll comb through your submission and prepare a series of questions to really get to the heart of the matter, and then spell out what’s REALLY going wrong.
After we identify the major issues you’re dealing with, we will discuss a game plan to move forward.
Once the bare bones of the game plan are in place, I’ll gather hand-picked personal assignments in the form of follow-up documents, journal prompts, guided meditations, and other resources that I have, to design a customized action plan that you can put into place right away.
For some of you, this may mean getting a meal plan created for your needs.
Or perhaps, getting you started on one of my eCourses, live and/or on-demand workout programs, or even 1 on 1 coaching if we feel it appropriate.
The goal of the coaching call is to put you on the right path. And to set you up for SUCCESS.
Because everyone’s needs are so different, and any personal development work prescribed after our session is based on individual needs, it’s complex to say EXACTLY what I would do with you.
Do know that by the end of our call, my main focus is to help you to take action, get unstuck, get motivated, and to start on your new fitness journey, rooted in the 4 Pillars of Fitness that has brought so many of my clients real-world, long-term success.
After our first call, you can reach out and book as many follow-up calls as you wish. Subsequent sessions will build on our last one.
If you decide that you want to move into monthly coaching with me, then the cost of your first session will be deducted from the enrollment fee upon signing up.

- Inspiring mindset-shifting, behavior, and habit reprogramming so you can get out of your own way and establish the LIFESTYLE it takes to have long-term success.
- Weekly updates and check-ins to make sure to stay on track, avoid plateaus and keep moving towards your goals quickly and effectively.

Do you offer free consultations?
Unfortunately, at this time I don’t.
My time is valuable, and your desire to reach your goals is crucial.
The best way for me to help you to get started, and for us both to determine if this is the right ONGOING path for you is to have an actual coaching session.
Your coaching session will be specifically designed to quickly address your needs, and to start you on the right solution to getting your needs and goals met when it comes to your total fitness lifestyle.
By the end of the call, you’ll know exactly what to do next. Sometimes that might mean working on your own, and for some, it might be the start to us working together.

Why don't you offer free consultations anymore?
If I can be quite frank, and brutally honest with you, I only want to work with women who are READY to do the work – and invest in themselves.
As my business started to grow, one of the things that consistently happened is that I was getting appointment requests from women who were “testing the waters”.
In the business sector, we refer to these kind of inquiries as “tire-kickers”.
You know, it’s like showing up to a car lot, looking at your favorite car, sitting in it, kicking the tires, and looking at the features – but you have no intention on buying it.
So what continuously happened is that I would get women who would no-show appointments (without warning they are unavailable).
Last minute cancelations.
And/or women who would spend our time trying to get as much information as they can to work on their own, without having to pay for the personalized info.

My VIP 1:1 Coaching and Mentorship program is what you would expect from traditional “online coaching.”
This is the coaching program you want to work with me at if you value 100% customized programming, you don’t want a “cookie-cutter” approach, and you want almost all aspects of programming designed specifically for you.
Many women like to have everything spelled out so all they have to do is follow the program, not think too much when it comes to choosing what to eat, and can go autopilot when they go to the gym. If that’s the case, you’re going to LOVE my VIP 1:1 Coaching and Mentorship Program.
I offer 3 levels that you can work with me via this program to accommodate various financial budgets. It is still going to require you to invest in yourself, however this is the HIGHEST level that you can work with me at.

Yes! I still work with clients who want to focus on contest prep.
The way you get started… Book a coaching call.
You can choose the coaching call that works in your budget. Before the session, you’ll submit current pics to me so I can see your starting point and do a FULL evaluation.
From there, we can devise a game plan to get you to the stage.
If you have a year or more before you wish to compete (for instance as a first time competitor), THAT’S GREAT!
The sooner we can start, the better. We’ll discuss the best call to action for your goals.
If you’re more experienced and you plan to compete this year, GREAT!
We can determine how many weeks I think you need to prep for your show, and if you are in an emergency situation where you need to switch to a new coach ASAP, then we can discuss what direction I will be taking with you from here forward.

How do I get started?
The best way to get started with me is to simply set up your private 1:1 coaching call.
At this time, I offer two sessions, a 30-minute session and a 60-minute session.
If it’s your first time working with me, it will be BEST to set up a 60-minute call. This way we have all the time in the world to address your needs, and draft your game plan for your next steps.
If you’re a bit on a tight budget, then you can set up a 30-minute call. Keep in mind this may not be enough time for a FULLY IN-DEPTH conversation if this is our first time working together.
If you’ve set up a call in the past, and you wish to have a follow-up, then a 30-minute call is PERFECT. However, the 60-minute all is still a viable option.
