A lot of people think that having someone standing there counting reps and racking weights for you creates accountability.

The real truth: 9 out of 10 times IT DOES NOT!

When you leave the gym, most times, out goes all of your efforts to finally “get it right.” There’s no system of report to or really having that trainer know what’s going on with your day to day, and whether or not you are optimizing your LIFESTYLE for that goal you have in mind. With online training, it’s the exact OPPOSITE! You will report in via progress pictures, measurements, weight, and feedback about how your training cycle went. You also sit and speak with me one on one via Skype or phone to talk face to face about the challenges you may have had to overcome, and develop a game plan for success for the training cycle ahead.
