Important Session Policies – Please Read Carefully

• All bookings are non-refundable and must be scheduled within 7 days of purchase.

• We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will automatically forfeit the session with no refund or reschedule.

• Self-rescheduling is not allowed. Any attempt to change your appointment without proper notice will result in forfeiture.

• You must arrive at least 5 minutes early to adjust your camera and be ready to start on time.

• To cancel or request a reschedule, you must email [email protected] immediately.
