P.E.A.T stands for “Physique Enhancing Athlete Training” and it’s a system of training that I have developed over the 15+ years I’ve spent as a trainer and coach for people of various training levels and ages. My P.E.A.T method builds its foundation on “The Principle Of Specificity” meaning the body will adapt and develop based on the types of demands you place it on. So, train like an athlete, look like an athlete.
