For 30 Minute Complimentary Clarity Call or 90 Minute Enrollment Call
Thank you so much for setting up your call. I will be texting you to confirm your call time. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TEXT MESSAGES AND YOUR EMAIL AS WELL.
Please make note of the following before our call.
- We will text your mobile device to confirm your appointment. Please keep an eye out for that message and your email for further instructions.
- We will call you promptly at the time you have confirmed. Please be ready for your call to begin.
- We ask that you be in an area where you have good reception and very little background noise.
- Please have a computer or device in which you can get online available to you. We will be using that for your 90-Minute Enrollment Call.
- Roxie upholds a very strict 24 hour cancellation policy – WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
- If you need to cancel, please do so in a timely fashion. You may cancel your time by email us at [email protected]
We will be sending you further instructions via BOTH communication methods. You must reply to my text message to confirm your appointment.
Current Client Coaching Client Follow Up Calls (All levels and programs/current clients):
- Please adhere to all of the rules above.
- EXCEPT: You need to call into the appointment line for your call. That number is 310 692 4104.
- Roxie will NOT be calling you, it is your responsibility to keep your call.
- Please note, continual no showing of your scheduled appointments can/may lead to program termination at Roxie’s discretion due to non-compliance (and as per your training/coaching agreement).
- Please have any and all notes ready for your call.
