As of today’s post, there are 363 days left in this year.
What are you going to do with them?
How are YOU going to create that reality that lives in the back of your mind. How are you going to plant that seed, to let it grow, flourish, and truly become what you desire?
Your fitness goals are one of those seeds.
Your desire to change your body is far more than just a superficial thing.
How we see ourselves on a daily basis governs our happiness, our self worth.
How you feel internally, whether you feel healthy and good. And whether you are doing all you can right here, right now – while you still have your health – to ensure your future isn’t one marred by disease and sickness.
You See, What You Do Right Now Will Determine That
And it all starts today.
Now.
One day at a time, each day, is like a grain of sand going through an hour glass. Each grain slowly trickling down through that little spout. Collecting with the other grains of sand until they manifest in the huge mass they once were before the glass was flipped over.
Your goals are much like that grain of sand in the hourglass.
Before you flip it around, it’s all collected there at the bottom. Waiting to be awakened.
Then it’s set into motion, the glass is flipped, and then the plan is set into action.
The goal – getting to the other side.
Time passes, no matter what, that grain of sand keeps moving along. It keeps accumulating until finally, the goal is realized. All grains of sand stand on the other side of the glass.
Mission accomplished.
The one thing you can guarantee is that time will always pass.
So now it’s up to YOU to decide how you will spend it…
You have in your power RIGHT NOW, to…
- Make the choice to change your destiny.
- Set in motion the ACTIONS you need to take to get there.
- To know that no matter what, time will pass. And it’s up to you to decide how you will spend it.
- To start taking the steps to change your body.
- To get your priorities together to eat better.
- To stop hating what you see in the mirror looking back at you.
- To have the body you’ve always wanted – knowing that what you do each of the next 363 days will impact that.
- Get on that contest stage – FINALLY – and to be so proud of what you’re presenting up there.
- To feel empowered knowing you’ve set out to do what you wanted, and on December 31st, 2017 can look back and say BOOM! Mission accomplished.
