• All bookings are non-refundable and must be scheduled within 7 days of purchase.
• We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
• Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session with no refund or reschedule.
• Self-rescheduling is not allowed. Doing so will automatically forfeit the session.
• Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes early to adjust their camera and be ready to begin on time.
