NPC Figure Posing Video: Megan Patrick at 2 Weeks Out

It’s that time of year again!

It’s competition time, and it’s my favorite time of the season.

Many of my amazing RoxStar Fitness clients are gearing up to hit the stage in a few weeks (and months), and they’re working incredibly hard at their diet and training.

But there’s one aspect of this game that MUST ALWAYS be taken into account, and that’s posing/presentation.

I work with each client one by one, and teach them what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to the best ways to present themselves on stage, and to perfect their posing to show their strengths (and hide their flaws).

And so, I want to give you a fly on the wall view an online posing session with of one of my amazing Team RoxStar Figure Competitors – Megan Patrick.

Megan Figure Posing Video at 2 Weeks Out

Megain is really poised to do well at her next show. She’s bringing a much improved look to the stage over last year. She’s a 100% natural athlete, and has really been working hard through an incredible off season with me on putting some quality size on her frame.

In addition to that, we needed to just fix some minor things with her posing.

Her biggest areas of focus in her posing are:

  • Keeping the shoulders back in her front and back poses (they tend to round forward, throwing off her lines).
  • Keeping her torso up in all of her posing, leaning forward was hiding her great top to bottom symmetry.
  • Learning how to place the arms and shoulders to better show off her V taper to the front.
  • Perfecting her back pose so we see more of her V taper AND the development of the thickness and detail of the middle back muscles.
