(Video) Eating MORE to See Real Fat Loss

You know, as a coach, one of the number one things I have to overcome initially with a client is the fact that they are eating far too little in order to see any real fat loss.

And really, I can’t even blame them.

The fitness and diet industry has taught us to believe that starving yourself is the way to a better body.

That the less you consume, the more you’ll lose – and that cutting out ALL fat, and ALL carbs is the way to fat loss salvation.

But let me ask you this…

Does this, or has this, actually work for in the long run?

I mean sure, you probably have seen some progress, some changes, and some transformation. Especially in the beginning phases of this kind of diet set up. But what about down the line, long term progress?

My guess is that it’s likely been somewhat of a struggle and a game of constantly trying to figure it all out.

Well, let me let you in on a little secret…

It’s not in eating less that you’ll see further progress. Instead, it’s in eating MORE that you will see it all finally fall into place.

In today’s video, I want to explore this thought a little further.

I recently held a live webinar with my Inner Circle clients where I went over some of these principles with them, and why it works.

So take a moment to check it out right here.

I’d love to hear YOUR thoughts about this. What have been your biggest pitfalls when it comes to dieting, and what you’ve learned works vs. doesn’t work for you?

What are your specific thoughts on eating MORE to see fat loss.

Post your replies in the comments below, I’d love to open up a discussion on this very important topic.
