Dear Friend and Future RoxStar Fitness Client,


My name is Roxie Beckles, and I want to introduce you to a totally new method of fitness that can quite possibly dramatically change your life.  Now I know what you’re saying, you probably think that I’m being extremely dramatic, however I assure you that I’m not.  I’m just very excited to be able to share with you a program that has been 14 years in the making for me; one that I have successfully brought to several clients from around the world and have gotten GREAT results!  This method of training is Online Nutrition and Exercise Coaching.

The idea of working with a trainer online is scary and quite strange for some.  However imagine an opportunity to work one on one with someone considered an expert in their field, someone who has spent an entire career dedicated to improving and inspiring the lives of others.  Someone who is technologically savvy and realizes the incredible balance technology can bring by breaking location barriers between a trainer/coach and their clients.  This is what online fitness coaching can provide.

Online Personal Training is MORE Cost Effective:
Ok so you decided to hire a trainer to help you get into your best shape ever.  Congrats!  So now, let’s look at how the cost of that REALLY breaks down.  Most trainers will charge anywhere between $25-125 per hour to work with them PER SESSION.  For comparison sake, let’s just total in a happy medium cost of $50 per hour session with the trainer, whom you want to work with 3 times a week.  So that’s $150 per week, totaling $600 per month!  Mind you, we haven’t even yet included the fee to use the gym, so factor in your normal monthly dues at your location.  Let’s say you decide to cut back and just do 2x/week.  That’s still $100 per week, totaling $400/month!  Now ask yourself this, does your trainer include a nutrition program as well?  If so, then expect to add on to the cost of your monthly fee to the trainer because as you know, you can never out train a bad diet, and the diet is a MUST HAVE part of your true fitness success.  However, many trainers DO NOT offer nutrition programs so you’d be missing out on the aspect of your plan that will get you the BEST results.  In our online coaching arrangement you can have BOTH (training and nutrition) at a fraction of the costs of hiring a traditional personal trainer!

Train On Your Own Time And On Your Own Terms:

Ok so you purchased your sessions and you’re ready to roll!  Now time to schedule those appointments.  You’re dismayed to find that you’re locked in to only times that the trainer is available, and they may or may not be optimal times for you.  However with an online trainer you train WHEN YOU CAN, when YOU dictate.  Your program is designed with your availability in mind.  When you sign up, all you do is give the details of your day and the time you prefer to workout.  It’s that simple, your plan is designed with that in mind.  Even if you have the craziest schedule on Earth, if you plan to hit the gym, you can still do it when you like and where you’d like.  That simple!

The biggest flaw with traditional training is that it takes the ability for the client to REALLY learn about what works (and doesn’t work) for them to change their body for the long term.  A lot of people think that having someone standing there counting reps and racking weights for you creates accountability.  The real truth: 9 out of 10 times IT DOES NOT!  When you leave the gym, most times, out goes all of your efforts to finally “get it right.”  There’s no system of report to or really having that trainer know what’s going on with your day to day, and whether or not you are optimizing your LIFESTYLE for that goal you have in mind.  With online training, it’s the exact OPPOSITE!  You will report in via progress pictures, measurements, weight, and feedback about how your training cycle went.  You also sit and speak with me one on one via Skype or phone to talk face to face about the challenges you may have had to overcome, and develop a game plan for success for the training cycle ahead.  You have 24 HOUR ACCESS to me via email so the support to seeing your success is ALWAYS THERE.  And at the end of the day, you REALLY get to know what type of training and dieting techniques works specifically for YOU.

I'm 47 years young, married to an amazing man and a BUSY mother of two beautiful children age 8 and 10. Earlier this year, reality hit me after I came back from a Caribbean vacation with my family. While looking at photos of the vacation my kids asked me why there were no photos of me in a bathing suit? The truth is I was embarrassed of how I looked and felt about my body. I would avoid going into pools and always had a bathing suit cover-up on hand.

Before I met Roxie I never really watched my diet. I would skip breakfast then eat lunch and dinner without paying attention to my intake of calories or fat. I was convinced that doing cardio 3 to 4 times a week was my answer to keeping my weight down. I did not consider myself overweight but I had very little muscle tone and a high percent of body fat! Surprisingly, I've always incorporated exercise in my daily routine and had trainers. The trainers I worked with in the past focused on light weights and workout bands. In the past, I spent a lot of time and money but NEVER saw a dramatic change in my body.

In May 2011, I finally told myself I was ready to change my body once in for all! I found Roxie's website while researching trainers and their techniques online in the Los Angeles area. At first, I was intimidated when I read she was a fitness competitor. I thought the last thing I wanted was to be big and muscular! When I met her for the first time I was surprised! She did not look big or muscular. Instead, her body looked lean with well-defined muscles and no body fat. She looked like an athlete! After speaking with her she explained how training with heavy weights if done properly over time would give me the best results. I was convinced and ready to work hard!

My journey and training with Roxie began back in June 2011. Since my very first training session Roxie has been professional, knowledgeable and SO organized! Her attention to detail is unlike any trainer I have ever met! She is diligent in taking progress photos with measurements and documenting everything… and I mean EVERYTHING! She is the first trainer that took the time to organize a day-by-day nutrition plan detailing specific types of food with their calories and grams of fat. My weekly plan also includes specific vitamins and a protein drink.

She takes the guess work out of what I need for fitness success. I now take a copy of my plan to the grocery store to shop which helps me stay on track with my diet. For the first time in my life my workouts include a combination of light AND heavy weight training. While training I wear workout gloves and a heart-rate monitor, and drink Creatine. I NOW train like an athlete!

At the time of this testimonial, it has been approximately 5 months since my first workout with Roxie. I have lost approximately 15 pounds of body FAT! I now have muscles in my arms, back and legs that I never saw before. My body is toned and my posture has changed dramatically!
